sono stato a cena nel ristorante: una bellissima serata, piatti buoni, tanto buoni! senza voler strafare. Una menzione specialissima per il vitello tonnato. Ormai perfino in giro per il Piemonte lo strapazzato con varianti e "suggestioni" assurde. Qui non lo chiamano vitello tonnato, forse per non cadere nella trappola di interpretazioni astruse di gente che non sa cosa dice e neppure cosa mangia. Ebbene, questo è un signor vitello tonnato da acquolina in bocca, degno della miglior tradizione e attualissimo. E tutto il resto di conseguenza. Bravi!
